CONGRATULATIONS to Anthony Fiorello, wrestling in only his second tournament, and placed 2nd. Anthony lost to a tough Brandon kid, but came back and won his other match in an 11-0 technical fall. Way to go Anthony!! First of many medals!
Kaley Brown also wrestled for the first time in several months, after having been out with an injury. Kaley finished a respectable 5th out of 8 wrestlers in a tough weight class. I'm sure once she gets some more practices in, she'll be on top…

Wow, what a nice showing at our first off season tournament this year! I was VERY pleased with what I saw, as almost every wrestler won at least 1 medal! (Hopefully everyone remembered to pick up their medals!) Not bad considering most of the team has never wrestled in a Freestyle & Greco-Roman tournament before! VERY proud of all of you! Even our little guys, Anthony & Nick, showed some nice improvements in their first tournament ever. It was nice to see a bunch of parents there as…
